One of the reasons I created Lifted Alignment™ is because of my own journey.
For a season of my life, I dedicated a lot of my energy to helping others. Through those experiences, I realized something important: I was pouring so much into everyone else that I wasn’t always giving that same intentional care back to myself. It reminded me that you can’t sustainably pour from an empty cup.
That realization inspired me to create a daily ritual that helps people reconnect with themselves first.
My intention isn’t to “fix” anyone. It’s to encourage people to slow down, become intentional, speak life over themselves, and cultivate practices that help them feel grounded, aligned, and empowered. I believe transformation begins within.
To me, manifestation isn’t wishful thinking, it’s alignment.
When I set an intention, I don’t approach it with doubt. I move with trust, gratitude, and conviction. That mindset changes how I show up in the world, and my actions begin to reflect what I believe is possible.
Lifted Alignment™ was created to be part of that daily practice, a reminder that every morning is another opportunity to choose your highest self.

I work with a lot of people at a clinic and while I was there someone sent negative energy my way, I got physically sick I had a sore throat, terrible headache, and lethargic. I went to a doctor who told me that I wasn’t sick with anything even with the symptoms that I had. I went home used The Soap and the next day I wasn’t sick anymore. This soap definitely works to help cleanse any negativity sent your way.
