All products are handmade in small, intentional batches. Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing and energetic preparation prior to shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the postal carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
